工作环境和临床护理人员共情能力的相关性分析

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between work environment and empathy ability of clinical nurses. Methods The empathy ability e-valuation scale and Organizational Environment Assessment Questionnaire (OEAQ) were employed to investigate the level of empathy ability and nurses'perception of work environment. Results The total score of empathy ability was (85.00 ±6. 32), and work environment was (15.57 ±3.16). The item of having common goal in the team scored was the highest, followed by getting support, sense of accomplishment, opportunities of personal development, sufficient flexibility. There had positive correlation between work environment and empathy ability of clinical nurses (r = 0.957 ,P <0.01). Conclusion Work environment has positive effect on empathy ability,and it is suggested promoting empathy ability of clinical nurses by improving the work environment.%目的 调查临床护理人员共情能力水平与工作环境的现状,并分析两者之间的相关性.方法 运用临床护理人员共情能力测评量表及工作环境评价量表分别调查350名临床护理人员共情能力水平和工作环境状况.结果 临床护理人员共情能力总分为(85.00±6.32)分;工作环境总分为(15.57 ±3.16)分,其中有共同的目标得分最高,其他依次为能够获得支持、有工作成就感、有专业和个人发展的机会、工作有一定灵活性;临床护理人员共情能力与其对工作环境满意度呈正相关(r=0.957,P<0.01).结论 护理管理者要提高护理人员的共情服务能力,应首先努力改善护理人员的工作环境.
