目的 调查胸外科术前患者的营养风险情况,并分析其相关因素,为适宜的临床营养支持提供依据.方法 2009年5月至2010年5月,对174例胸外科患者采用2002年欧洲肠外肠内营养学会推荐的营养风险筛查工具进行术前营养风险调查.结果 54例(31.03%)患者具有营养不良风险,年龄大、病种和有慢性病史是其相关危险因素.结论 胸外科患者术前存在较高的营养不良风险,与年龄、病种和有无慢性病史相关,应加强胸外科术前患者营养筛查.%Objective To investigate the nutritional risks and its related factors of pre - operation thoracic patients so as to provide bases for appropriate nutritional supports. Methods A total of 174 patients were recruited during May 2009 to May 2010,and NRS -2002 was employed to evaluate nutritional risks before operation. Results Fifty -four patients had nutritional risks,accounting for 31.03%. Age,disease types and history of chronic diseases were the influencing factors. Conclusion There have high nutritional risk in pie -operative thoracic patients,which is related to age,disease types and history of chronic diseases. Nutritional screening should be strengthened among pre - operative thoracic patients.
