Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of QCC nursing mode in improving the treatment efficacy and sleep quality of preoperative patients in department of thoracic surgery. Methods A total of 70 preoperative patients in department of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into control group(routine preoperative nursing group)with 35 cases and observation group(QCC nursing group)with 35 cases, then the psychology state, treatment efficacy and sleep quality of two groups before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Results The positive rate and Zung Scale score in the observation group at the first and seventh day after nursing were all lower than that in the control group, GSES Scale score and AIS Scale score were all better than that in the control group, there were significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of QCC nursing mode in improving the treatment efficacy and sleep quality of preoperative patients in department of thoracic surgery is better, and it is more helpful for the improvement of preoperative state.
