试点病房实施责任护士随同主治医师查房的效果探讨

摘要

目的 探讨试点病房实施责任护士随同主治医师查房的效果.方法 责任护士随同主治医师对所分管患者进行早晚例行查房及对急、危、重患者、新人院和术后患者的随时查房.责任护士提前做好查房前准备,观看和聆听主治医师查房,对疑难、重点护理问题进行现场沟通,之后进行查房总结,落实查房安排.结果 护理质量综合检查评价得分及患者、医生、护士对护理工作的满意度均提高(P＜0.01).结论 责任护士随同主治医师查房的实施,建立了一种新型的医护合作模式,促进了护理质量和护理人员专业知识和技能的全面提升.%Objective To discuss the effects of implementation of primary nurses making rounds with attending physicians in pilot units. Methods Primary nurses accompanied with attending physicians to cany on regular early and night ward inspection to their patients and momentary inspection to emergent, dangerous, critical, new and postoperative patients. They prepared before the ward inspection,watched and listened respectfully to doctors'ward inspect,communicated with doctors on the spot, summarized the inspect and carry out ward inspection arrangement. Results The nursing quality synthesis inspection appraisal scores and the nursing satisfactory degrees from patients,doctors and nurses were increased(/><0.01 )■ Conclusion Primary nurses making rounds with attending physicians is a new doctor - nurse cooperation pattern, which can promot the nursing quality and the nurses'specialized knowledge and the skill.
