Objective To investigate the influence of emotional intelligence,mode of conflict processing on the job burnout of junior nurses in 3A-level hospitals.Methods A total of 350 junior nurses working less than 2 years were recruited and surveyed with the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS),the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-Ⅱ (ROCI-Ⅱ) and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS).Results The total score of emotional intelligence,the mode of conflict processing and job burnout were (15.70 ± 1.60),(15.34 ± 1.72),(65.15 ± 10.57),respectively.The job burnout was influenced by the ability of emotional self-regulation,the competence of using emotion,compromise,escape and integration (P < 0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of emotional intelligence and conflict processing skills of junior nurses may be beneficial for reducing their job burnout.%目的 调查三级甲等医院低年资护士情绪智力、冲突处理型态对工作倦怠的影响.方法 采用情绪智力量表、冲突处理型态量表Ⅱ和工作倦怠-服务行业调查量表对350名入职2年内的低年资护士进行调查.结果 低年资护士情绪智力总分为(15.70±1.60)分,冲突处理型态总分为(15.34±1.72)分,工作倦怠总分为(65.15±10.57)分.自我情绪调节能力、运用情绪能力、妥协、逃避、整合对工作倦怠有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 提升新护士情绪智力和冲突处理技巧有助于降低其工作倦怠感.
