上海市某社区骨关节炎患者生活质量现况及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To survey the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis in a community in Shanghai and analyze its influen-cing factors.Methods A total of 106 patients with osteoarthritis in a community were selected,who were investigated with the Arthritis Im-pact Measurement Scale 2 Short Form,Western Ontario and McMaster's osteoarthritis index scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale questionnaire survey.Results The score of patients'quality of life was (83.14±7.56),the score of osteoarthritis index scale was(35.20±12.07) and 58.49％ patients had suspicious or positive symptoms anxiety and depression.The score of quality of life had negative correction with pain, stiffness,the difficulties of daily life and the status of anxiety and depression(P<0.01),the difficulties of daily life and depression could effect quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis.Conclusion The quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis in a community in Shanghai is rela-tively high and influenced by the difficulties of daily life and the status of anxiety and depression,which indicates that we should pay attention to the disease severity and psychological condition as well,in order to improve the quality of life.%目的 调查上海市社区骨关节炎患者生活质量现况,并分析其影响因素.方法 抽取某社区骨关节炎患者106例为研究对象,采用关节炎生活质量测量量表2-短卷、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表及医院焦虑抑郁量表进行问卷调查.结果 社区骨关节炎患者生活质量得分为(83.14±7.56)分,骨关节炎指数量表得分为(35.20±12.07)分,58.49％的患者可疑或肯定存在焦虑抑郁症状;骨关节炎患者生活质量与疼痛、僵硬、日常生活困难程度及焦虑、抑郁均呈负相关(P<0.01);日常生活困难程度与焦虑可影响社区骨关节炎患者的生活质量.结论 上海市社区骨关节炎患者生活质量较高,但会受到日常生活困难程度与焦虑水平的影响,提示应同时关注患者的疾病严重程度与心理状况,促进疾病康复与心理健康,从而提高其生活质量.
