行为运作管理在临床护士化疗药物职业防护中的应用研究

摘要

目的 评价行为运作管理职业培训对护士化疗职业防护干预效果,降低化疗职业暴露的发生率.方法 分析影响护士化疗职业防护的关键因素,构建行为管理职业防护的干预模式,两组护士分别应用常规职业干预和行为运作管理职业干预,评价干预效果.结果 干预后干预组护士在化疗职业防护能力方面得分高于对照组差异有统计学意义( P＜0.01或P＜0.05);干预组在物品因素和安全管理方面得分均高于干预前差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 行为运作管理职业防护的干预模式能够有效改善临床护士自我防护能力,从而降低化疗职业暴露的风险.%Objective To evaluate the effect of behavior management professional training for nurses＇chemotherapy occupational pro?tection in order to reduce the incidence of nurses＇occupational chemotherapy exposure.Methods Analyzed the influencing factors of prophy?lactic behavior for medical staff＇s chemotherapy occupational exposure to established an intervention model for behavior management occupa?tional protection.In the same hospital,two groups of nurses were employed routine occupational intervention and behavior management occupa?tional intervention and the effect of them were evaluated.Results After intervention,the nurses in the intervention group scored higher than the control group in the occupational protection ability (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05),and in terms of goods and safety managementwere also higher than the control group.The differences had statistically significant on both parts.Conclusion The intervention model of behavior management occupational protection can effectively improve the self－protection ability of clinical nurses,thereby reducing the risk of occupational exposure to chemotherapy.
