PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and precisely manage the behavior of a user using a client terminal. PSOLUTION: In a behavioral management system, the client terminal has a monitoring means for monitoring the operation contents of the user, an output means for outputting log information obtained by the monitoring means to a behavioral management server, and a restriction means for restricting the user's use from restricted information obtained from a manager terminal. The behavioral management server has an extraction means for extracting information based on a previously set condition from the log information, a change detection means for detecting the change in the operation contents of each client terminal from the information obtained by the extraction means, and a notification means for notifying the manager terminal of an analysis result obtained by the change detection means, thus solving the above problem.
