模拟战场后送环境下静脉留置针穿刺成功影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To explore the influencing factors of intravenous needle puncture in the battlefield dynamic environment and provide reference of training for military nurse.Methods To simulate battlefield environment,using multifunctional training platform and im?plement intravenous needle puncture skill training.Then to investigate 840 cases of intravenous needle punctures and analysis its influencing factors.Results Under the dynamic condition,the success rate of intravenous needle puncture was 63.98%,which influenced by puncturing angles,sending needle ways,time of tourniquet,vein conditions and platform shaking,with significant statistic difference(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion The success rate of intravenous needle puncture waslow in simulated battlefield environment.The Army nurses should strengthen their conscious of transfusion training to improve first aid ability in the battlefield dynamic environment.%目的 探讨战场后送动态环境下,影响护士静脉留置针穿刺成功的相关因素,为军队护士针对性输液训练提供依据.方法 应用多功能战救训练平台模拟战场后送环境进行静脉留置针穿刺训练,对840次静脉留置针穿刺情况进行分类统计,分析静脉留置针穿刺的影响因素.结果 动态条件下静脉留置针穿刺成功率为62.98%;穿刺时进针角度、送管方式、扎止血带时间以及病员血管状况和平台晃动影响静脉留置针成功率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 模拟战场后送环境下静脉留置针穿刺成功率不高,建议军队护士要强化意识,加强特殊化培训,提高野战急救能力.
