考虑安装误差的拓扑修形斜齿轮承载接触分析

     

摘要

To increase the gear drive load capability and reduce alignment error sensitivity, a kind of topographic modification gear tooth surface was proposed. According to the tooth segment topology modification equation deduced by us for the modification of profile segment and longitudinal segment, we constructed LTCA model of gear drives with installation errors. The distributions of transmission error and tooth surface contact stress and shear stress under different installation errors were respectively done with tooth contact analysis and finite element analysis. According to the stress distribution curve, the stress amplitudes of meshing in and out were both smaller than the mean stress for creating favorable conditions of vibration and noise reduction. The results of simulation, the experimental results of meshing, and their analysis show preliminarily that the topology modification based on gear form grinding has some application value to improving the gear tooth bearing contact stress condition, to avoiding the edge contact of tooth surfaces, and to reducing sensitivity of installation errors.%为提高齿轮副承载能力和降低对安装误差的敏感性,提出一种拓扑修形的齿面结构。根据齿廓分段修形和齿向分段修形原理推导出拓扑修形齿面方程,构建含安装误差的修形齿轮副的接触分析( TCA)模型。并对轮齿接触分析和有限元分析,仿真出传动误差和齿面接触应力与剪切力在不同安装误差情况下的分布特征。根据应力分布曲线分析,齿轮副啮入与啮出点的应力幅值相比均值有所下降,为减振降噪创造了良好条件。滚检实验与仿真结果表明,基于成形法磨削的拓扑修形对改善齿面接触印痕,避免边缘接触和降低对安装误差的敏感性具有一定的应用价值。
