双余度永磁无刷直流电机电磁特性分析

             

摘要

In order to improve the reliability of the system, the redundancy technology is introduced into the design of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Two kinds of stator winding modes are designed, including same axes and different axes. The mathematical model of the motor is set up, the winding inductances are analyzed and calculated, and the relationship between the winding inductance and mutual inductance is deduced. The magnetic potential of the motor is analyzed. Results and their analysis show preliminarily that: (1)the reduced magnetic potential is e⁃qual to the increased magnetic potential with same axes; (2)the reduced magnetic potential is larger than the in⁃creased magnetic potential with different axes. According to the mathematical model, the parameters of the motor are designed and the rotational speed is simulated. The experiment results and their analysis show preliminarily that the speed of motor with different axes is larger than with same axes. It is consistent with theoretical analysis.%为了提高系统可靠性,将余度技术引入到永磁无刷直流电机设计中。设计了2种定子绕组方式,包括同轴线绕组冗余和不同轴线绕组冗余2种结构。建立了2种结构下的数学模型,对绕组电感进行了分析计算,推导了绕组自感和互感之间的关系。对同轴线绕组冗余时和不同轴线绕组冗余时的磁势进行了分析,分析结果表明,同轴线绕组冗余时增磁磁势和去磁磁势相等,而不同轴线绕组冗余时去磁磁势大于增磁磁势。根据数学模型,设计了双余度永磁无刷直流电机的具体结构参数,对电机转速进行了仿真,仿真结果表明不同轴线绕组冗余时的电机转速高于同轴线绕组冗余时的电机转速,验证了理论分析结果。
