'西兰乌'经济带:内涵、范围与路径选择

摘要

This paper puts forward the construction of the "Xi′an-Lanzhou-Wulumuqi" economic belt.By taking Xi′an, Lanzhou, Wulumuqi as fulcrums and the Eurasian Continental Bridge as axis to connect the Guanzhong-Tianshui zone, Lanzhou-Xining zone and the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains, Ningxia-Huang River Economic Zone to achieve the goal of regional coordinated development and regional economic integration.Construting the"XI-LAN-WU" Economic Belt can promote the efficiency of factor space allocation and the implementation of the Silk Road economic belt as well as the western development strategy and form the situation of interactive development in the northwest of China.This paper explores the routes and policies choices to construct the "Xi-Lan-Wu" Economic Belt from the perspective of the economic Integration and division and cooperation.%提出构建"西(安)-兰(州)-乌(鲁木齐)"经济带,即以西安、兰州、乌鲁木齐为支点,以陆桥通道等交通线为轴,连接关中-天水地区、兰州-西宁地区、天山北坡地区、宁夏沿黄经济区四大重点经济区,以区域联动与合作发展为核心,以实现区域经济一体化为最终目标.通过构建"西兰乌"经济带,提高西北地区要素空间配置效率,形成西北地区联动发展局面,助力丝绸之路经济带和西部大开发战略的实施.继而从实现市场一体化、区域分工与合作的机制出发,探讨了构建"西兰乌"经济带的路径和政策选择.
