基于中国情境的家族企业创始人交班意愿研究

摘要

This study explored the factors that affect the extent to which founders of Chinese family business who will hand over their power to their specific family members . Survey data from 90 family business founders investigated a set of important factors that may influence family business founders' willingness to hand over their power to successors . The results showed : 1) Founders' willingness to hand over power is affected by their age , situation which they control the firm , the developmental stage of the firm , and the interaction of these three factors ; 2) Founder's willingness to hand over to specific family member is affected by the potential successors' characteristics , environmental features , and the interaction of the two . Implications of this study were also discussed .%来自90份家族企业创始人的数据实证地检验了影响家族企业创始人交班意愿的重要因素。家族企业创始人的交班意愿受到其年龄、对企业的掌控权、企业的发展阶段,以及三种因素的交互作用的显著影响。家族企业创始人给特定家族成员的交班意愿程度受到潜在继任者的特征、外部环境,以及两者交互作用的影响。
