社会工作协同民族地区社会治理研究

摘要

In the transformation of public governance from management to governance , social work plays a very important role in the promotion of a brand‐new social governance system in the ethnic areas . Specifically , synergy theory laid theoretical foundation for social work and social governance in these areas .Meanwhile ,by combining social work with social governance ,the advantage of social governance in which altruism is the core can be well developed .Lastly ,the community governance ,based on multi‐dimensional needs , provides a practice platform for the synergy of social work and social governance in the ethnic areas .%面对由“管理”走向“治理”的公共治理转型，在我国民族地区社会治理方式转变中，社会工作对于推进民族地区新型社会治理机制的形成具有重要意义。具体而言，协同视角为社会工作与民族地区社会治理的协同关系提供了理论基础；以利他主义为核心的价值理念是社会工作协同民族地区社会治理机制的专业优势；汇聚多维度需求的社区治理为二者的协同共生提供了主要实践平台。
