The inhibitory activity of 15 plant aqueous extracts against Angelica sinensis root rot fungi is determined by taking the methods of growth rate and spore germination. The results indicate that these aqueous extracts have different degrees of inhibition on the Mycelial growth under the mass concentration of 0. 2 g'mL-1. And the inhibitiory effect of Radix glycytthizae (Root), Chinese f ranch (Root), Herba ephedrae (Root) and Arctium lap pal (Root) is higher than 50%. However, under the low mass concentration, Chinese franch (Root) , Radix scutellariae (Root) , Radix codonop si sand (Root) , Allium satirum (Stem) faciliate the growth of fungi. Finally, except Herba ephedrae (Root) , other plant species under the mass concentration of 0.2 g·mL-1 exhibite the inhibition on spore germination, and among these plants, the inhibition of Ston leek(Stem) reach 93. 7%.%采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法,测定了15种植物水提液对当归根腐病腐皮镰刀菌的抑制作用,结果表明:在质量浓度0.2 g·mL-1下,15种植物水提液对菌丝生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中甘草(根)、黄连(根)、麻黄(根)、牛蒡(根)抑制率均高于50%,黄连(根)、黄芩(根)、党参(根)、大蒜(茎)在低浓度下表现出促进作用;15种植物在浓度0.2 g·mL-1下,除了麻黄(根)外均表现出对孢子萌发的抑制作用,葱(茎)的抑制率高达93.7%.
