贵阳市城市化、生态环境耦合协调演化与障碍因素诊断

摘要

利用耦合协调度、障碍度等评价模型对贵阳市2004—2014年城市化系统和生态环境系统的耦合协调状态以及制约二者协调发展的障碍因子进行了分析.结果表明,2004—2014年贵阳市城市化、生态环境发展水平整体趋势都在提高;城市化和生态环境的耦合度α一直大于0°,小于90°,二者处于协调发展阶段,但近几年二者演化速度的差值增大,耦合度α逐渐趋近于90°,说明二者的关系正在向不和谐方向发展;耦合协调度先上升后下降,经历了低度协调—中度协调—高度协调—中度协调的演变过程;人均公共绿地面积、人均工业固体废弃物产生量、环保投资占GDP比重3个因子是当前阻碍贵阳市城市化与生态环境协调发展水平进一步提高的主要因子.%The author studied on the coupling coordinated status of urbanization system and eco-environment system,obstacle factors restricting coordinated development between the two systems in Guiyang City from 2004 to 2014 by means of coupling degree model,coupling coordinated degree model and obstacle degree model.The results indicated that the urbanization level and eco-environment level presented upward trend as a whole;the coupling degree of urbanization and eco-environment stretched across in a(0°,90°),which mean the two systems were in a coordinated development stage,but in the past few years,the discrepancy between the development speeds of the two systems became bigger,the coupling degree was closer to 90°,and the relationship between the two systems was towards to unharmony;the coupling coordinated degree between urbanization and eco-environment first increased and then decreased,and experienced the evolution process of low coordination-moderate coordination-high coordination-moderate coordination;per capita public green area,per capita production of industrial solid waste and the proportion of environmental protection investment to GDP were the main obstacle factors restricting further enhancement of coordinated development level of urbanization and eco-environment in Guiyang City.
