Differences in compositions and contents of the aqueous extracts from the root,rhizosphere soil and the litter of Casuarina equisetifolia were studied by using the gas chromatography and mass spectros-copy. Allelopathy effects of three types of the extract on the seed germination were also researched. The results showed that: (1) All the three extracts inhibited and delay the seed germination, reduced seed germination capacity and rate. The rhizosphere soil extract had the strongest inhibitory effects, followed by the litter and root extracts. (2) Compound 3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione were found in all the 3 kinds of a-queous extracts, highest (70. 41%) in rhizosphere soil extracts, followed by root extract (21. 79%),and litter extract (18.78%). Compounds 3,6-dimethyl-1,2,4,5-tetrazine and 1,2,4-trithiolane were identified in the root and litter extracts.%采用GC-MS技术,比较木麻黄根、根际土壤和凋落物3种浸提液的成分差异和含量差异,并研究了3种浸提液对青皮种子萌发的化感作用.结果表明:(1)浸提液处理延迟并抑制了青皮种子的萌发,降低了种子的发芽能力以及发芽速度,并且土壤浸提液处理的抑制程度最大,其次分别是凋落物浸提液和根浸提液.(2)3种浸提液中都含有的成分为1,2-二氢-3-巯基-3H-1,2,4-三唑,根际土壤浸提液中含量最高(70.41%),根系浸提液次之(21.79%),凋落物浸提液中含量最低(18.78%).3,6-二甲基-1,2,4,5-四嗪、1,2.4-三硫环戊烷(1,2,4-Trithiolane)在根系及凋落物中均有分布.
