在黄土高原甘肃省泾川县,采用根钻法对刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)林地的细根和土壤水分进行动态调查.结果表明:刺槐林地0~150 cm土层是树木细根的主要分布层,有87%以上的细根表面积分布.刺槐细根表面积垂直分布与剖面土壤水分间呈显著正相关(p<0.05).生长季内刺槐林地土壤含水量动态变化为10月>4月>6月>8月,刺槐细根表面积的动态变化为4月>6月>8月>10月.刺槐细根表面积动态与土壤含水量的季节动态不完全一致.总体上刺槐细根表面积季节动态与林地土壤含水量的相关性不显著.%By using soil coring method, the seasonal dynamics of fine roots and soil water content in Robinia pseud-oacacia forests were investigated in Jingchuan County that is located in the Iloess Plateau of China. The results showed that more than 87% of the total fine root surface area were concentrated in the 0-150 cm soil layer in the R. Pseudoacacia plantation. There was a significant positive correlation (P< 0. 05) between vertical distribution of fine root surface area and soil water distribution in the profile. During the growth season, the mean soil water content of R. Pseudoacacia forest changed in order of October>April>June>August, but the fine root surface area of R. Pseudoacacia changed in the order of ApriI>June>August >October. There lay differences in the seasonal dynamics of fine root surface area and soil water content. There was not significant correlation (P< 0. 05) between fine root surface area and soil water content.
