采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法首次对毛麝香新鲜叶挥发油成分进行测试分析,并用色谱峰面积归一法测定了各个成分的相对百分含量.共分离出36个峰,确认了36种化合物,所鉴定的组分占挥发油总量的100%,其中的主要化学成分为柠檬烯(24.40%)、桉树醇(19.82%)、葑酮(19.36%)、红没药烯(8.24%)、α-蒎烯(6.98%)、γ-松油烯(6.87%).%Components of the volatile oil obtained from the leaves of Adenosma glutinosum were analyzed by GC-MS,and their relative content were determined by area normalization. Thirty six peaks were found from volatile oil,of which 36 chemical compounds were identified,accounting for 100 % of the volatile oil. The major components were limonene (24. 40%),cineole (19. 82%),fenchone (19. 36%), bisabolene (8. 24%), α-pinene (6. 98%),and γ-terpinene (6.87%).
