扎龙湿地土壤养分与土壤微生物特性

             

摘要

以扎龙自然湿地典型的芦苇沼泽生境为研究对象,分析了土壤养分与土壤微生物特性在不同土层(0~15 cm,15~30 cm)中的分布规律.结果表明,随着土层深度的增大,土壤有机质、全N、全P、水解性氮、速效钾、细菌、真菌、放线菌以及微生物量碳和氮质量分数、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶的活性均显著减小,土壤pH值w(C):w(N)、多酚氧化酶活性则显著增大.此外,在对该生境各土层土壤微生物群落结构的研究中发现,细菌占绝对优势,所占比例为63.39%~98.37%,其次为放线菌,真菌所占比例最小.%Distribution of soil nutrients and microbes in different soil layers (0-15 and 15-30 em) was studied in reed swamp in Zhalong wetland in 2009. Results showed that organic matter, total N, total P, hydrolysable nitrogen, available K, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, the quantities of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, and the enzymatic activities of urease, acid phosphatases, and alkaline phosphatase, catalase and β-glycosidase enzymes in the topsoil (0-15 cm) were higher than those in the undersoil. Soil pH, carbon-nitrogen ratio and the enzymatic activities of polyphenol oxidase increased with soil depth. Furthermore, the bacteria accounted for absolute superiority in soil microbial community in each soil layer, and the proportion of the bacteria ranged from 63.39 percent to 98.37 percent, followed by actinomycetes and fungi in order.
