非洲菊黄色素稳定性

         

摘要

An experiment was conducted to determine the optimal combinations to lengthen the retention time of the color of the pressed flowers, by exploring the physicochemical properties and effects of different additives on the stability of yellow pigment. The ultraviolet absorption spectrum shows that the yellow pigment in Gerbera jamesonii is likely to be carotenoids. Factors having significant impacts on the stability of the yellow pigment are high temperature, light intensity, strong acids. oxidants and reductants rather than preservatives and color fixatives. Complex agents, anti-oxidants, saccharides and some organic acids are good for the preservation of the pigment. It is sensible to utilize them in the practice of making pressed flowers.%通过对非洲菊黄色素理化性质及其各种添加剂对其稳定性的研究,选取能够提高压花作品色彩保存期限的组合剂.结果表明:非洲菊黄色素紫外吸收光谱呈类胡萝卜素的特征吸收.防腐剂和护色剂对非洲菊黄色素的稳定性影响不大;高温、光照、强酸、氧化剂和还原剂对非洲菊黄色素稳定性的影响较为显著;络合剂、抗氧化上、糖和某些有机酸能提高色素保存率.在压花保色中可以采取糖和有机酸的搭配,再配以抗氧化剂、络合剂和防腐剂来优化保色组合.
