乙酰化前处理对杨木木粉染色性及光稳定性的影响1)

         

摘要

以杨木木粉为试样,酸性湖蓝V和分散兰56为染料,以乙酰化处理木粉及其染色木粉为研究对象,测试了乙酰化处理时间对木粉质量增加率及染料品种对乙酰化木粉上染率的影响。利用红外光谱定性分析了UV辐射前后乙酰化木粉及其染色木粉化学官能团的变化,探究了乙酰化处理对杨木木粉的染色性及光稳定性的影响。结果表明:乙酰化处理40 min时木粉的质量增加率最高;乙酰化木粉在1739、1385 cm-1处的C眫O、C—H的特征吸收峰强度均大于原木粉,处理40 min木粉的吸收峰强度最大,光稳定性好;酸性染料对乙酰化木粉的上染率明显低于原木粉,分散染料对乙酰化木粉的上染率明显高于原木粉。 UV辐射后,染色乙酰化木粉1504 cm-1处的苯环特征吸收峰的强度均大于染色原木粉;乙酰化前处理对染色木粉的光降解有明显的抑制作用,分散染料染色的乙酰化木粉光稳定性好于酸性染料。%We studied the effect of acetylation pretreatment on dyeability and photostability of poplar wood powder .The acetylat-ed poplar powder was dyed with acidic lake blue V and disperse blue 56, and then irradiated with UV light .We also ana-lyzed the effect of acetylating time , dyes variety on the photo-chromic of wood powder and dyed wood powder , and studied the changes of chemical functional groups of the acetylated wood powder and dyeing acetylated wood powder after UV radia -tion by FTIR spectrometer .The dye-uptake of disperse dye on acetylated wood powder was obviously higher than that of wood powder with a better dyeing effect .After UV radiation , the intensity of dyeing acetylated wood powder at 1 504 cm-1 stands for the absorption peak of the benzene ring in lignin was greater than that of dyeing wood powder .Acetylation pre-treatment was an effectively method to inhibit poplar wood photo-degradation .The light fastness of acetylated wood powder dyed by disperse dye was higher than that of the wood powder dyed by acid dye .
