PURPOSE: An eco-friendly polyethlene/wood flour/clay nanocomposite is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability and dimensional stability and to enable use as building interior and exterior materials.;CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly polyethlene/wood flour/clay nanocomposite includes 30~60 parts by weight of polyethylene as a polymer matrix, 40~70 parts by weight of wood flour, 1~10 parts by weight of maleic anhydride grafted PE(MA-g-PE) as a compatibilizer based on the total amount of the polyethylene, and 1~5 parts by weight of clay as nanofiller based on the total amount of polyethlene/wood flour/compatibilizer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
