基于粒子群算法的火电厂锅炉燃烧模糊解耦控制

         

摘要

为了进一步提高火电厂燃烧控制系统的控制性能,针对三个控制回路分别设计了基于粒子群算法的模糊解耦控制策略,同时在烟气含氧量控制回路和炉膛负压控制回路中引入积分控制作用以消除稳态误差.应用Simulink对该控制系统进行了仿真,结果表明模糊控制与传统PID控制相比较具有更好的控制品质,缩短了调节时间,减小了超调量,使得鲁棒性和抗干扰性增强.%Three fuzzy decouple controllers based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)are designed separately according to three control loops in order to further improve control performances of the combustion control system in the power plant.To get higher stable precision,integral controllers are introduced in the flue gas oxygen content loop and the furnace negative pressure loop.The control system is simulated and studied by using SIMULINK.The results show that compared with the traditional PID control the designed fuzzy control system has better control quality.It reduces the adjusting time and the overshoot and improves robustness and disturbance.
