鱼油对瘤胃培养液中共轭亚油酸和氢化中间产物累积的影响

             

摘要

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of addition of fish oil on concentrations of conjugated linoleic acid and intermediates of ruminal biohydrogenation of mature goat in vitro by batch culture. The addition level of these fish oil were 0 (control group) and 50 mg· flask-1,respectively. Results showed that the cis-9, trans-11 CLA content of fish oil supplementation treatment was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of the control all the time, and which reached its maximum after 8 h incubation (6.05 mg· g-1 DM). And the trans-10, cis-12 CIA content of fish oil supplementation treatment was lower but not significantly (p>0.05) than that of the control, and which reached its maximum after 16 h incubation (3.69 mg·g-1 DM). During in vitro study, the trans-llC18:1 content of treatment of fish oil and the control increased gradually with the extension of incubating time, and which of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05). In conclusion, while incubating in vitro, the addition of fish oil could improve concentration of the c9, tl 1-CLA and tl 1-C18:1 fatty acid significantly (P<0.05). The reason lies in that fish oil could reroute the lipid metabolism in rumen, and inhibit the hydrogenation of trans-C18:1 fatty acid to octadecylic acid at the same time,which in last lead to the accumulation of trans-C18:1 fatty acid in rumen fluid.%试验采用批次培养法研究了体外条件下添加鱼油对山羊瘤胃培养液中共轭亚油酸及氢化中间产物累积规律的影响,鱼油的添加量为50 mg·瓶-1.结果表明,鱼油组c9,t11-CLA含量始终显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且在培养8 h含量达到最高,为6.05 mg·g-1干物质;t10,c12-CLA含量低于对照组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05),且在培养16 h含量达到最大,为3.69mg·g-1干物质;鱼油组的t11-C18:1含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在培养过程中,二者含量始终增加.因此,体外培养时,添加鱼油能够显著增加培养液中c9,t11-CLA的含量,同时显著增加t11-C18:1的含量(P<0.05).这是由于鱼油能够改变瘤胃内脂类代谢,同时抑制反式C18:1脂肪酸氢化成硬脂酸,最终导致反式C18:1在瘤胃液大量积累.
