采用批次培养法研究了体外条件下高油日粮中添加维生素E对山羊瘤胃培养液中共轭亚油酸累积规律的影响.选择6只带有永久胃瘘管的山羊制备出瘤胃培养液进行体外培养24h,维生素E添加量分别为0、0.5、1.0和2.0 ng·瓶-1,每组设三个重复,测量其发酵液中共轭亚油酸含量变化.结果显示,在培养8h和16h时,VE各处理组的顺9反11共轭亚油酸CLA(cis-9,trans-11 CLA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中VE3组分别比对照组低0.97 mg·g-1干物质和2.34 mg·g-1干物质,但在培养24h时,VE各处理组却高于对照组;在培养2h时,VE各处理组trans-10,cis-12 CLA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),此时VE3组比对照组低0.41 mg·g-1干物质;在整个培养过程中,VE2和VE3处理组的cis-9,trans-11 CLA+ trans-11 C18:1含量低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05).试验表明,添加VE可以改变瘤胃培养液中CLA累积规律.%The study was conducted to investigate the effect of addition of vitamin E in high soybean oil diet on concentration of conjugated linoleic acid of mature goat in vitro by batch culture. The ruminal culture fluid collected from 6 fistulated mature goats was incubated for 24 hours. The addition levels of the vitamin E were 0 (control group), 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg · Flask-1, respectively. The results indicated that addition of vitamin E in diet of high soybean oil could influence the content of conjugated linoleic acid. At the incubation of 8 h and 16 h, the contents of cis-9 and trans-11 CLA in VE supplementation treatments were significantly lower than those of control group (F<0.05), which of VE3 treatments were lower than that of the control group, 0.97 mg · G-1 DM and 2.34 mg · G-1 DM, respectively. But after the incubation of 24 hours, the contents of cis-9 and trans-11 CLA of VE supplementation treatments were significantly higher than those of the control group (F<0.05). After the incubation of 2 hours, the contents of trans-10 and cis-12 CLA in VE supplementation treatments were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05), which in VE3 group was lower (0.41 mg · G-1 DM) those that of the control group. The contents of cis-9 and trans-11 CLA + trans-11 C18:1 of VE2 and VE3 weren't affected, comparing with control group all the time. Concentration ofconjugated linoleic acid was affected by VE supplementation.
