序贯放化疗与单纯化疗治疗局部晚期胃癌的疗效对比

摘要

Objective:To discusss the clinical efficacy and safety of sequential radiochemotherapy and single chemotherapy in the treatment of regional advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 52 patients with regional advanced gastric cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 26 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with single FOLFOX6 chemotherapeutic protocol,and the patients in the observation group were treated with chemotherapy-radiotherapy-chemotherapy.Clinical efficacy,toxic adverse reactions and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results:The total response rate of observation group was notably higher than that of control group in (P ＜ 0.05).No significant difference was found in the rates of toxic adverse reactions in class Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P ＞ 0.05) between the two groups.The quality of life and the 2-3 year recurrence-free survival rates in the observation group were evidently higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The sequential chemotherapy-radiotherapy-chemotherapy has excellent clinical efficacy,small toxic adverse reactions and high quality of life in the treatment of regional advanced gastric cancer,is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨序贯放化疗与单纯化疗应用于局部晚期胃癌的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将52例局部晚期胃癌患者分为对照组与观察组,每组26例,对照组行单纯FOLFOX6化疗方案,观察组行化疗-放疗-化疗方案,观察两组的临床疗效、毒副作用及生活质量.结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组Ⅲ～Ⅳ级毒副作用比较无明显差异(P＞0.05);观察组的生活质量明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组2年及3年无复发生存率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:化疗-放疗-化疗序贯治疗局部晚期胃癌的临床疗效显著,且患者毒副作用小,生存质量高,值得临床推广.
