喹诺酮类药物相互作用及其不合理使用分析

摘要

目的：分析喹诺酮类药物相互作用及不合理使用情况。方法：随机抽取徐州医学院第二附属医院2010年6月～2011年6月期间的门诊处方，根据喹诺酮类药物的药品说明书及药理作用，分析不合理用药处方。结果：不合理用药处方268张，占全部喹诺酮类药物处方的10.1%。结论：根据药物相互作用，我院对喹喏酮类药物的使用存在一定程度的不合理用药现象，因此，应采取相应措施，加强临床医生抗菌药物应用培训，解决该类药物的不合理使用问题。%Objective:To analysis the interaction and the irrational use of quinolones. Method:We randomly selected the outpatient prescriptions between June 2010 and June 2011 in the affiliated hospital of Xuzhou medical college and analyzed the irrational prescription according to the instructions and pharmacological knowledge of quinolones drugs. Results:The irrational drug prescriptions accounted for 10.1% of all the quinolones prescriptions. Conclusion:There was a certain degree of drug irrational use according to drug interactions in our hospital. We should take appropriate measures to address the irrational use of these drugs.
