规范实习医生培训与降低手术部位感染的相关因素分析及护理对策

摘要

目的：规范对实习医生的培训及管理，降低手术部位感染.方法：将120名实习医生随机分为观察组及对照组，对照组由传统外科医生带教，观察组由手术室专职教学老师带教.对参加手术的实习医生可能造成手术部位感染的问题和原因进行分析，采取相应的护理对策.结果：观察组的无菌技术操作明显强于对照组，参与配合手术的手术部位感染率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：通过对实习医生进行培训及管理，可降低手术部位感染的发生率.%Objective:To regulate the interns training and managements in order to reduce the wounds infection. Methods: To divide the 120 interns into the observation group and the control group by random. The control group will be led by the traditional surgeons, while the observation group by professional teachers. To analyses the problems and reasons of wounds infection caused by the interns who took part in the operation and to take corresponding caring measures. Results: The aseptic technique of the observation group is obviously better than that of the control group, with the wounds infection rate of the observation group much lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),research result significant. Conclusion: Through interns training and management, the wounds infection rate can be reduced.
