万古霉素临床经验性用药调查分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical use of vancomycin in empiric therapy, and to provide the reference for clinic practice. Methods:Using retrospective analysis method,a total of 52 cases of vancomycin in empiric therapy in 2013 were reviewed and analyzed, recording the etiological examination, drug sensitive, usage and dosage,the infection index and effect of drugs,etc. Results:Of 122 the use of vancomycin ,there were 52 drug experience,accounting for 42.6%, mainly used for infection of respiratory system andblood flow. 14 cases were inconsistent empirical application conditions. In 52 cases the average duration 7.23d. Before the drug retention samples for 50 cases, accounting for 96.15 %; detection of 20 positive bacteria after treatment. accounting for 40%; the effective rate of treatment 51.92%.Conclusion: Vancomycin drug experience is basically rational, but the indications should be strictly controlled, reduce drug experience, delaying the process of bacterial resistance.%目的：了解某院万古霉素临床经验性用药情况，为规范其使用提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，抽取2013年经验性使用万古霉素的52份病历，记录病原学检查、药敏试验、用法用量、感染指标、用药效果等情况并进行分析。结果：122份使用万古霉素病例中经验性用药52例（42.6%），主要用于呼吸系统感染和血流感染，14例不符合经验用药条件。52例平均用药时间7.23d，用药前留样送检50例（96.15%），用药后阳性菌检出20例（40%），治疗有效率51.92%。结论：该院万古霉素经验性用药基本合理，但应严格掌握适应症，减少经验性用药，延缓细菌耐药的进程。
