紫外分光光度法测定胡椒中胡椒碱的含量

         

摘要

Objective:To establish a method for determination of piperine in pepper. Methods: using the UV to determination of piperine in pepper and anhydrous ethanol as blank, the detecting wavelength was at 342nm. Results:A good linearity of piperine was in the range of 0.85~6.8μg·ml-1,r=0.9998. The average recovery was 102.2% and RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for determination of piperine in pepper.%目的:建立胡椒中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定胡椒中胡椒碱的含量,用无水乙醇做空白,测定波长为342nm。结果:胡椒碱在0.85~6.80μg·ml-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0908x+0.0069,r=0.9998, r=0.9998。平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为1.03%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为胡椒中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。
