Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Glutaraldehyde in Dilute Glutaraldehyde Solution.Method:An AichromBond-AQ C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was Methanol-Water(50∶50).The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 235nm and the injection volume was 20μl. Results: Within the range from 51.6 to 1010.4μg/ml,Glutaraldehyde presented a good relationship between the injected amounts and peak areas (r=0.9992).The average recovery was 101.1%.Conclusion: The method was easy to operate, with sensitive,and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Glutaraldehyde in Dilute Glutaraldehyde Solution.%目的:建立HPLC法测定稀戊二醛溶液中戊二醛含量的方法。方法:采用AichromBond-AQ C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇∶水(50∶50),流速0.5ml/min,检测波长235nm,进样量20μl。结果:戊二醛在51.6~1010.4μg/ml范围内时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为101.1%。结论:本法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于稀戊二醛溶液中戊二醛的含量控制。
