百乐眠联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛50例的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effects and security of 50 patients were diagnosed with postherpetic neuralgia and treated by Bailemian and Pregabalin Capsules tablets. Methods:The 50 normal control group were treated with Pregabalin Caupsules 75mg bid, VitB1 10mg tid and mecobalamin tablet 0.5mg tid. The 50 observation group were treated with Bailemian 1.08 bid for two weeks,instead treated with Bailemian 1.08 qn for two weeks,then curative effects were evaluated and the side effects were observed in the process of treatment. Results:After 4 weeks treatment, the sleep quality scores (P<0.05) difference of observation group and control group was statistically significant. the cure rate of observation group is 72.00%, efficiency is 94.00%; the cure rate of control group is 52.00%, efficiency is 84.00%. The two groups of efficiency (P>0.05) difference was no statistically significant, but the cure rate (P<0.05) difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Bailemian joint Pregabalin treatment of postherpetic neuralgia patients improve sleep quality, promote patient recovery and improve the cure rate of herpes zoster.It is worthy of expansion.%目的：百乐眠联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，观察其疗效及安全性。方法：对照组50例采用普瑞巴林75mg bid，维生素B110mg tid，甲钴胺片0.5mg tid等药物治疗，观察组50例，在此基础上给予百乐眠1.08bid，连续2周后改为1.08qn再使用2周，评估疗效，并观察治疗过程中的副反应。结果：治疗4周后，观察组与对照组睡眠质量评分比较（P<0.05）差异有统计学意义。观察组痊愈率72.00%，有效率94.00%；对照组痊愈率52.00％，有效率84.00％。两组对比，总有效率（P>0.05）差异无统计学意义，但痊愈率（P<0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论：百乐眠联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛会提高患者睡眠质量，促进患者恢复，提高带状疱疹的治愈率，值得推广。
