羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效探讨

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin to prevent recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods:60 cases of superficial bladder tumor were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin, and the control group was treated with Mitomycin C. Compared the recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group. Results:The recurrence rate after surgery at 3 and 6 months of these two groups had no significant difference (P﹥0.05). The recurrence rate after surgery at 12 and 18 months of the control group was significant higher than that of the observation group. Conclusion:intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin to prevent recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor is effective, it is worth popularizing and applying.%目的：探讨羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的效果。方法：将60例浅表性膀胱癌患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组术后采取羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注，对照组术后采取丝裂霉素膀胱灌注，比较两组复发率。结果：术后3个月、术后6个月时，两组术后复发率无显著差异（P﹥0.05）；术后12个月、术后18个月时，对照组复发率显著高于观察组（P＜0.05）。结论：羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的效果显著，建议临床推广。
