我国公共租赁住房法律问题

     

摘要

公共租赁住房是保障性住房中的新成员,它对于解决中低收入家庭住房难的问题具有十分重要的意义。但是由于我国没有统一的保障性住房立法,导致我国公租房保障对象狭窄、没有完善的准入退出机制以及缺乏司法救济制度等问题突出。为此,我们应制定统一的保障性住房立法并扩大公租房的保障对象、完善其准入退出制度并规定申请人复议、诉讼等权利方面的救济途经。%Public rental housing is affordable housing in the new member, it is very important for low-income families solve housing problem. But because our country does not have unified indemnificatory housing legislation ,led to China's public housing security object is narrow, not perfect mechanism of entry and withdrawal and the lack of judicial relief system problems. Therefore, we should formulate a unified indemnificatory housing legislation and expanded publie housing security object, improve the access and exit system and re- quire the applicant to reconsideration,litigation rights remedies.
