基于知识管理的区域创新体系运行机制

摘要

在区域创新体系建设中，知识资源是区域创新体系建设的重要内容之一。知识管理包括知识创造、知识共享和知识应用三个基本阶段。对这三个阶段存在不同的运行机制中进行分析研究，三个阶段交叉联系、互为基础，在运行机制中充分发挥知识资源作用，为区域创新体系建设提供有利保障。%The knowledge resources is the foundation and the guarantee in the construction of regional innovation system,is one of the important contents of the construction of the regional innovation system. Knowledge management include three basic stages:knowledge creation,knowledge sharing and knowledge application. The paper will study for the three stages which exist different operation mechanism. The results provide important knowledge resources protection for the construction of the regional innovation system.
