In order to provide a production knowledge management system, a production knowledge management method, and a production knowledge management program with which it is possible to search for knowledge using a database that is easily constructed, a database (107) comprises: a classification master table (T3) in which a classification name is registered in association with a classification ID, the classification name and the classification ID representing the classification of a procedure that is performed in each process of a production line; a process table (T4) in which the process name of a process is registered in association with a process ID; a process order table (T5) in which the process ID is registered in association with a next process ID; a process classification table (T6) in which the process ID is registered in association with a classification ID; a knowledge table (T8) in which a failure that can occur in each process is registered in association with the cause thereof and a knowledge ID; and a knowledge classification table (T9) in which the knowledge ID is registered in association with a classification ID.
