农民工向市民角色成功转型的影响因素

摘要

中国目前正处于高速工业化的过程中，这为大量农村人口城市化提供了契机。然而农民进城打工与农村人口的城市化是含义完全不同的两回事。现在每年都有大量农民工进城，但是真正在城市落地生根的人数有限，这与城市化目标存在偏差。农民工能否顺利地实现城市化，将直接关系到城市化的质量和能否构建和谐社会的问题。从个体素质、社会关系、政策及制度三个方面分析了农民工向市民角色转型的影响因素，并提出了加速农民工市民化转变的相应对策。%China is currently in the process of rapid industrialization ,and it provides an opportunity for the urbanization of rural population .However ,migrant worker in cities and its urbanization are entirely differ‐ent .Every year a large number of migrant workers go into the city ,but only a few of them are eventully become citizens in the city .Whether the migrant workers can successfully achieve urbanization or not will be directly related to the quality of urbanization and the building of a harmonious society .In this paper ,the influences of individual quality ,social relations ,policy and system on the urbanization of migrant workers is analyzed ,and some corresponding countermeasures for accelerating the urbanization are proposed .
