三种内固定方式治疗肱骨远端骨折术后功能恢复情况比较

摘要

Objective To observe and compare the the clinical curative effect of three methods for internal fixation to treatment distal humerus fracture.Methods From January 2009 to December 2013, in qinhuangdao cerebrovascular hospital orthopedic surgery,a total of 5 3 patients with distal fracture of humerus,of single steel plate fixation group,Y type steel plate fixation group,double steel plate fixa-tion group of elbow joint function recovery and complications following surgery for statistical analysis. Results Double steel plate fixation group and Y type steel plate fixation group in joints stiff,ulnar neuritis,fracture healing aspects of no significant difference(P >0.05),with single steel plate fixation group in the aspect of myositis ossificans,traumatic arthritis had siqnificamt difference(P <0.05).El-bow joint function recovery unit was:single steel plate fixation group 83.3%,Y type steel plate fixation group 69.2%,double steel plate fixation group 86.4%.Conclusion Double building steel plate can pro-vide more lasting strong fixed,It is advantageous to the elbow joint function recovery.Especially the rate of good elbow function recovery,Y type steel is obviously better than the fixed.%①目的比较三种内固定方式治疗肱骨远端骨折的临床疗效。②方法2009年1月～2013年12月在秦皇岛军工医院骨科手术的肱骨远端骨折患者53例，根据采用的内固定方式分单钢板固定组、Y型钢板固定组、双侧重建钢板固定组，对术后肘关节功能恢复情况以及并发症情况进行分析。③结果双侧重建钢板固定组与Y型钢板固定组在关节僵硬、尺神经炎、骨折不愈合等方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；与单钢板固定组在骨化性肌炎、创伤性关节炎方面比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。肘关节功能恢复优良率：单钢板固定组83．3％，Y型钢板固定组69．2％，双侧重建钢板固定组86．4％。④结论双侧重建钢板更能提供持久坚强固定，有利于肘关节功能恢复。尤其是肘关节功能恢复的优良率方面，明显优于Y型钢板固定。
