胃舒方挥发油包合工艺及无机陶瓷膜对其口服液精制效果研究

         

摘要

Objective To optimize β-cyclodextrin inclusion process for volatile from Weisu Oral Liquid, and investigate the optimum membrane pore size and the best operating conditions of Weisu Oral Liquid by inorganic ceramic membrane, and explore the technology of improving the pharmacodynamics of Weishu Oral Liquid. Methods By designing the orthogonal experiments, the inclusion ratio of volatile oil was selected as the evaluation index. The best volatile oil inclusion process was screened. The baicalin transfer rate was used as an evaluation index to examine the effect of different pore size membranes and different operation parameters on the content of effective components. Results The optimum conditions for inclusion process were as follow:Grinding time was 40 min, the temperature was 35℃, the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD was 1∶15, the rates ofβ-cyclodextrin to the volume of water was 1∶3, Inorganic ceramic membrane (800 nm) showed better separation efficiency.The optimum operation pressure was 0.2 MPa, the temperature for filtration membrane was 40℃ and concentration was 0.05 g·m L-1.Conclusion The inclusion rate of volatile oil is high. The 800 nm inorganic ceramic membrane is used to filter Weishu Oral Liquid, and the better refining effect can be obtained under appropriate operating conditions.%目的 优化胃舒口服液中挥发油的包合工艺,考察用无机陶瓷膜精制胃舒口服液的可行性,探讨提高胃舒口服液药效技术.方法 通过正交实验设计,以挥发油包合率为评价指标,筛选最佳挥发油包合工艺;以黄芩苷转移率为评价指标,考查不同孔径膜及不同操作参数对有效成分含量的影响.结果 优选最佳包合工艺为研磨时间40min,温度35℃,挥发油∶β-CD=1∶15,β-CD∶纯化水=1∶3.使用孔径为800nm的无机陶瓷膜可获得较好的分离效果,最佳的操作条件包括压差0.2MPa,过膜温度40℃,生药浓度为0.05g·mL-1.结论 确定的挥发油包合工艺包合率高,采用800nm的无机陶瓷膜对胃舒口服液进行过滤,在适当的操作条件下可取的较好的精制效果.
