离子色谱荧光检测植物生长调节素吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚-3-丁酸

     

摘要

吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚-3-丁酸在离子色谱仪Dionex 4000i上使用荧光检测器进行检测。该测定采用1.0ml/min的0.45V/V CH30H,0.01mol/1Na2CO3的混合溶液作为淋洗液在dinoer OmniPacPAX500柱分离。吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚-3-丁酸的检测限分别为0.045μg/ml和0.167μg/ml,有良好的重现性和线性关系。对土壤样品进行测定,有较好的回收率。%indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil are detected by Dionex 4000i ion chrromatography with fluorescence detector. This experiment is performed by OmniPac PAX - 500 column using 0. 010mol/L Na2CO3, 0.45V/V CH30H as eluate. The fluorescene detector was measured in excitation and emission wavelengths of 285nm , 360nm, respectively. Tne detecting limit is 0. 045μg/mL 和 O. 167μ g/mL for indoleacetic acid and indolebutyrie acid, respectively, The method with linering、 selection and sensitivity can be used in trace amount indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil samples.
