在参加英国“首相倡议计划”第二期创业教育项目，与英国中央兰开夏大学合作开展创业教育项目的调查与研究、师资交流与培训，并且考察英国的创业教育基础上，笔者对英国高校创业教育的发展背景、做法、特点等进行了分析，认为英国创业教育具有全面性、专业性、广泛性与系统性等特点，总结出英国创业教育在构建准确的创业教育目标体系、形成理论与实践并重的系统化创业课程体系、强化创业教育师资队伍建设、建立和落实创业教育保障体系等方面的先进经验和理念，以期为我国高校创业教育工作提供些借鉴。%The author investigated the entrepreneurship education of the UK during the cooperative projects of the British Prime Minister Initiative Plan and teachers training in the UCLan, and considered the background, practice and characteristics of the entrepreneurship education in the UK universities. The study summarized the state-of-the-art experience and insight in the UK’s constructing well-targeted systematic curriculum of theory and practice, faculty team and guaranty mechanism for entrepreneurship education. Its allround, professional, extensive and institutional startup education will help facilitate the cillege entrepreneurship work in China.
