高校基层党建管理信息化的实践应用体系研究

摘要

The state-of-the-art digital technologies and the updated on-line platforms like social networks and instant messengers provide new opportunities as well as challenges for the CPC party management digitalization in colleges, which is not paid much attention to in terms of recognition, efficiency and software and hardware investment. This article, therefore, proposes that an applied approach be constructed in the aspects of platforms, resources, technologies, human resources and performance, in an effort to realize digitalization for the party management digitalization in colleges.%网络新媒体的广泛应用，给高校党建管理信息化开辟了新途径，但同时也给高校党的理念教育、党建管理模式和党建工作者的综合素质带来新的挑战。目前高校党建管理存在着信息化重视不够、信息资源开发利用效率低下、软硬件设备投入不足等问题。因此，构建平台、资源库、技术、人才和绩效等为主要内容的信息化实践应用体系，是推进高校基层党建管理信息化的有效路径。
