香港高校宿舍教育管理探究和启示

摘要

香港高校把宿舍教育管理定位为“实现全人教育目标的重要途径”，坚持以学生为主体的管理理念，重视学生宿舍生活的体验式学习和全方位学习，从管理队伍和组织，管理制度，宿舍文化体系和特色活动等方面保障宿舍教育功能的充分发挥。借鉴香港高校宿舍管理经验，内地高校宿舍管理应改变理念，保证设施齐备；加强宿舍文化建设并增大管理队伍。%The Educational Administration of Students’ Halls in Colleges and Universities in HK are orientated as a significant approach to achieve the“Holistic Education”object. Along with the insistence of the student-oriented education idea and the highly attention on the students’ experiential learning and comprehensive learning, the HK college administration manages to ensure the full realization of the educational function of Students’ Halls by strengthening the development of it’s management team, management regulations, cultural system and distinguishing activities.
