行业文化统领下校企文化融通实现途径--基于“红帮”研究

摘要

推进校企合作，校企文化融通是关键，行业文化是校企文化融通的契合点。文章以有关院校探索为基础，探讨行业文化统领下校企文化融通的实现途径：研究行业文化，确立校企文化融通纲领；调研企业文化，建立校企文化融通基础；打造特色校园文化，明确校企文化融通方向；建设物质文化载体，营造校企文化融通环境；推进校企深度合作，架设校企文化融通桥梁。%Cultural integration and interaction is crucial to the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, with industrial culture as cross-sections. This paper, based on its case study of certain colleges practice, expounds the approach toward the issues concerned. It suggests that guidelines be worked out in accordance with the industrial culture to be surveyed, and that a salient campus culture be created to support the well-defined interaction, with tangible cultural media to step up college-enterprise collaboration and communication.
