In this paper, the author studies the matching degree between the employment position and vocational character, and then founds the vocational character model of marketing major students of vocational colleges, and finally gives the development path of the marketing major students' vocational character based on this model, i.e. vocational thinking ways-vocational behavior-vocational habits-vocational character.%在论证职业性格与社会适应性的基础上,提出了高职院校市场营销专业学生职业性格模型。接着以性格和职业性格形成机理为依据,提出了高职院校市场营销专业学生职业性格养成路径,即职业思维-职业行为-职业习惯-职业性格。
