航海类专业硕士研究生质量管理体系的构建

This paper draws lessons from the crew education and training quality management system which has been carried out in marine colleges, builds the quality management system of maritime engineering master. This system The system has the characteristics of whole process management, tracking feedback, closed-loop management and continuous improvement. This system contributes great significance to comprehensive continued promotion of education quality of Maritime Engineering Master.%借鉴已经在航海类院校强制推行的船员教育和培训质量管理体系，构建了面向航海类专业硕士研究生的质量管理体系，体系构建具备全过程管理、跟踪反馈、闭环时管理和持续改进的特点。结果表明，这一质量管理体系的完善，对全面持续的改进航海类专业学位研究生教育质量具有重要意义。
