To deeply understand the professional development needs of teachers in primary and junior middle schools, the authors made a survey through questionnaires and interview. By analyzing the statistics and information gathered, the authors put forward with the measures and suggestions: need-based, formvaried, classroom-focused, staff-built, model-established, school-centered and sources-optimized.%为深入了解义务教育段教师对专业发展培训的需求,我们在全区范围内开展了问卷调查和个别访谈。在详细分析相关数据与信息基础上,我们提出了按需施训、形式多样、聚焦课堂、打造梯队、示范辐射、强化校本和优化资源等对策与建议。
