军队院校非现役文职教员队伍建设的途径探析

摘要

In recent years, non-active service civilian faculty has become an important part of military academies. It is a pondering and discussing question, of which is how to further strengthen the construction of non-active civilian faculty, to make better qualified for teaching jobs, and to make contribution to the new winning military talents. This paper proposes suggestions from four aspects.%近年来，非现役文职教员已经成为军校人才队伍的重要组成部分，如何进一步加强非现役文职教员队伍建设，使之更好地胜任军校教学工作岗位，为培养能打胜仗新型军事人才作出应有的贡献，是一个值得深思和探讨的问题。本文拟从四个方面提出对策。
