Objective To investigate the expression of TLR-2 and NF-κB in placental tissues of premature labor and their relationships with preterm delivery.Methods 20 cases spontaneous preterm labor from Oct.2015 to Oct.2016 in our hospital were selected as observation group and 20 cases normal pregnant women were selected as control group.The expression levels of TLR-2 and NF-κB in placenta tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR method.Results The positive expression rates of TLR-2 and NF-κB in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression level of TLR-2RNA in observation group(1.65±0.15)was higher than that in control group(0.98±0.18)(P<0.05).The expression level of NF-κB mRNA in observation group(1.67±0.16)was higher than that in control group(1.01±0.15)(P<0.05).Conclusion Premature activation of inflammation may be one of the causes for premature labor.%目的 探讨早产孕妇胎盘组织中TLR-2和NF-κB的表达及其与早产的关系.方法 选取我院妇产科2015年10月~2016年10月自发性早产孕妇20例(观察组),同期正常妊娠孕妇20例(对照组).免疫组化及RT-PCR法检测分娩后胎盘组织中TLR-2、NF-κB的表达水平.结果 观察组TLR-2和NF-κB在胎盘组织中的阳性表达率分别为85%和83%,均高于对照组(13%和14%)(P<0.05);观察组胎盘组织中TLR-2RNA的表达水平为(1.65±0.15),高于对照组(0.98±0.18)(P<0.05).观察组NF-κBmRNA的表达水平为(1.67±0.16),高于对照组(1.01±0.15)(P<0.05).结论 炎症的过早激活可能是导致早产发生的原因之一.
